Yes. We sell only authentic, verified brand items and collector’s pieces. All photos are taken by our own photographer, and every piece is described as accurately as possible.

You receive exactly the item shown, with the accessories shown. Instructions, papers, service records and watch or jewelry boxes are only included if they are mentioned in the description or shown in the photos.

Yes. With the code VIP-CUSTOMER you get 5% off all goods. Simply enter the code when you place your order.

Some items are subject to the margin scheme under § 25a UStG (German VAT Act). The VAT included in the purchase price is then not shown separately on the invoice. You will find this note directly on the item.

Shipping within Germany is free – regardless of the value of the goods. Shipping to EU countries costs between €12.90 and €79.90 depending on the value of the goods, and between €15.90 and €99.90 worldwide. See the shipping cost table.

Within Germany, delivery takes 1–3 days; abroad, 3–6 days after conclusion of the contract (for prepayment, from the date of your payment order). There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Yes, we ship worldwide. Depending on the destination and the value of the goods, we choose the most suitable solution with selected carriers.

You can pay with PayPal (including PayPal Express), by credit card, direct debit or invoice via PayPal, or by prepayment (bank transfer).

Yes. Consumers have a one-month right of withdrawal – longer than the statutory 14 days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You can declare your withdrawal by email, by letter or online.

Please contact us – there is a solution for every problem. We describe every item as accurately as possible; should something nevertheless not meet your expectations, we will find a solution together.

Please report obvious transport damage to the delivery service immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected – but you help us to assert our claims against the carrier.

Yes. We are always interested in buying fine accessories, watches and jewelry – single pieces as well as entire collections. Go to the selling form.

Yes. Besides buying, we also offer trade-ins and exchanges. Simply tell us which piece you would like to part with and which one you would like to acquire.

Scans, digital photos or other helpful information are very welcome – such as photos of the front and back, hallmarks or serial numbers, plus details about the box, papers and condition.
