Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 1–3 days and abroad within 3–6 days after conclusion of the contract (for agreed prepayment, from the date of your payment order). Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, we ship the goods in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
All transit times are standard transit times. Deliveries to islands and to rural or hard-to-reach areas, as well as special import regulations depending on the destination country, may result in longer transit times.
Carriers
We only work with the best carriers. Depending on the destination and value, we choose the most suitable solution.
We only ship. Unfortunately, collection in person is not possible.
