\nThe Writers Edition William Shakespeare is only available in a strictly limited edition worldwide – this is guaranteed by Montblanc, as it is for all of its Limited Editions. The issue number engraved on the cap is proof of the uniqueness of every piece.<\/p>\n

William Shakespeare, born in 1564, was one of the most famous poets and dramatists of all time and is broadly acknowledged as the greatest writer in the English language. His masterpieces like “Romeo & Juliet”, “Hamlet” and “A Midsummer Night\u2019s Dream” belong to the most popular and frequently performed plays in the literary world. The octagonal shape on the cap recalls the Globe Theatre in London – The Shakespeare Theatre. The structure of the barrel is inspired by his Quill pen and the cone ring is dedicated to the elements of each major play – “Hamlet”, “Romeo & Juliet”, “Henry V” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream”<\/p>\n

The clip together with the ring is inspired by Shakespeare’s signature earring and the Au 750 solid gold nib is designed from the Globe Theatre, showing the multi-storey stage in the centre of this special universe.<\/p>\n
